• A 50% deposit at time of Booking is required to make the reservation. Reservation needs to be paid in full two weeks prior to your arrival.

• A minimum reservation of two (2) days is required for all cabin rentals at all times. Three (3) nights is required for Cabins, Campsites and Golf Carts on Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends, 4th of July requires a (4) day minimum for 2024.

• Please understand that we cannot be responsible for work schedules, weather, illness or other situations affecting our guests, and therefore enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.

• Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature.

​

​

• Our Cabins do not come with linens.  Failure to not bring linens will not result in changing a Reservation

​

• Due to the nature of our park, we DO NOT escort or assist in parking campers after 5pm Sunday-Thursday and 8:30 p.m on Friday (Thursdays on Holiday Weekends). Please make arrangements to arrive before this time.

Cancellation Policy

• CANCELLATIONS – RV AND TENT SITES: We will return your deposit in the form of a credit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN days (15) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.  

• CANCELLATIONS - CABINS: We will return your deposit in the form of a credit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date, your full deposit is forfeited. 

• CANCELLATIONS – HOLIDAYS: We will return your deposit in the form of a credit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.  

• CANCELLATIONS – NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies.  

• The card on file will be charged the remaining balance 30 days prior to your arrival date. 

• CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE AND ACCORDINGLY WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS DUE TO THE WHIMS OF MOTHER NATURE.

• We will not share or sell subscriber information with 3rd parties for their direct marketing purposes.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

• All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
